Four men, including a Delhi police constable were arrested in connection with a kidnapping and gangrape of an 18-year-old girl that took place in Vikaspuri area of West Delhi.

A senior police official said the incident took place on Thursday night. The victim had gone to see a movie in Vikaspuri area where she had an argument with two men, identified as Ajay and Praveen.
A police source said the girl scolded and pushed them.
“The men kidnapped her in a car when she was returning home after the movie. The accused took the girl to a room in Dwarka area where they called their constable friend Satender. The trio allegedly gangraped her,” said the police source.
The victim reached the police station and got an FIR registered in this respect. The police said that the medical examination of the victim proved that she was raped.
The police lodged an FIR of kidnapping and gangrape in this connection.
The police conducted raids and arrested the accused. The source further said that a woman, identified as Kiran, helped the accused in the gangrape and she was also arrested.
They were produced before a city court which remanded them into 14 days judicial custody.
