Barely a month after a Delhi court sentenced the 16 December gangrape accused to death, a 25-year-old woman was reportedly abducted by a group of men in Gurgaon, raped and then dumped on the road. The woman, who is reported to have been a worker in a garment factory in Gurgaon, was on her way back from work when the incident occurred.
According to NDTV, the police got a call at around 10 pm on September 26 about a woman found lying unconscious near the Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon.

NDTV reports: “She was found naked and unconscious near the upscale Sushant Lok area, with injuries on her body, a swollen lip and bruises on her face.” The 25-year-old woman has said in her complaint that she left work at 8 pm, when she was dragged into a car by the four men.
The men made her drink alcohol and then took her to a deserted spot where they took turns to rape her.
CNN-IBN reports that a case of gangrape has been lodged in the Sushant Lok Police Station based on her complaint and nature of her injuries. The survivor was so much in shock that a medical test could not be performed on her right away to confirm rape.
